Our competition preparations

Thanks to our previous participation in the DBF 2019 competition, we were able to take away many insights and new ideas. For the next competition, we have decided to build more prototypes and try out new things. The subsystems are to be tested earlier, and the use of the banner is also to be analysed with the help of a wind tunnel test and thus improved. We are also trying to complete more test flights in order to improve times and tackle potential problems at an earlier stage, and this time the fuselage of the aircraft will be made of carbon fibre and the wing will be a carbon fibre sandwich construction. In general, the model aircraft will be optimised for speed and manoeuvrability.
